Does birth order matter? My opinion is "no", absolutely! Also I disagree with people, who think that the firstborn children are more successful and serious. Birth order does not play a strong role in who we become. So we shouldn't compare ourselves to anyone.
I have the elder sister, and we have very good fellowship. She bacame my best friend. But when we were small, Alina was my tutor. Especially when I was at the first grade, she helped me with my home assignments as a teacher. Now we support each other, help to solve problems. Despite the fact, that Alina is the firstborn, she is more light-minded than me. But at the same time we have a lot of similar traits. For example, both of us are cheerful and amicable. However the eldest children have the sense of responsibility towards their siblings, Alina has it too.
I am sure, that birth order does not shape our lives, but very often firstborns have to be more concentrated and attentive.
