three tips from stress

 Last time I was stressed these three tips helped me greatly.
Firstly, I discussed the problem with  my close people, they gave me a good advice. It was the most helpful way to cope with stress. So, my perception became more clear.
 The second tip was analyzing of the stress by my self. I tried to find out all reasons produced stress reaction. after that I realized that my problems were not so big and I could solve them.
 At the last, I decided to focus on positive elements of situation. Also it helped me to prescind.
when I had experience of stress, I perceived that I can't run away from  problems,I must solve it.

    1) try to write your paragraph in one unit. You have divided each thought into a separate paragraph, and this is something you should avoid doing.

    2) you've made some mistakes: advice is uncountable, so no article should precede it. Instead of saying "more clear" it's better to say "clearer." Myself is one word; "prescind" is an uncommon word; I'd rather use "I tried to get distracted."

    3)Instead of "at the last" you should say "finally," "at last."

    4) It's important to Capitalize the first word at the beginning of each sentence.

    5) Here are some changes in sentences:
    "after that I realized that my problems were not so big and I could solve them." After I realized I could solve them (no need to put "and").

    "when I had experience of stress, I perceived that I can't run away from problems,I must solve it." One thing that I realized while under stress is that I cannot run away from it so I should solve it.
